Terrified of dentists. This office made me feel at ease, safe, welcome. They handled all my concerns.

Walked in without an appointment and they were able to see me. I think they did a great job! Thank You...

From the moment you step through the door to the time you’re seen, the dentist is great. Very courteous, friendly, professional. Never felt like I was being sold anything, gentle hands. There was a moement I felt a sharp pain, they stopped – all was fine. I think the doctor is great here.

Great patient care, I like how they try and made my little girl relax. My daughter said she didn’t feel any pain. All that fuss for nothing! Great dentist and would recommend Sunny Smiles!

These guys are very professional. The office is very clean, wait time is always very minimal. The dentist is great. Would recommend.

The dentist here did a wonderful job doing an extraction on my teenage boy. I was watching the whole thing and I didn’t see him in any pain. I asked how the procedure went and he said he didn’t feel any pain either which was good. They were able to split my payment into two seeing I didn’t have insurance either. I’d recommend this practice!

Had a problem with my 2nd tooth from back, right side. I needed a filling. The dentists were able to see me last minute and I appreciate that. I came in and was seen within 10 minutes of my set appointment time, so I didn’t have to wait long. The problem I felt prior to coming in, is now gone. Would refer anyone to this practice if you need just a basic filling.

I had a cleaning done here at sunny smiles. I’m new to the El Paso area, so naturally I searched around. A friend of mine had nothing but good things to say about this place so I thought I would give it a try. The front desk, the dentist and the hygienist were all very helpful. I plan on keeping Sunny Smiles as my regular practice for the time being.

I’ve seen Dr. Khodadadi a few times now. He’s a wonderful cosmetic dentist. I had a chipped tooth and he was able to fix it pretty quick. It was inexpensive and I didn’t feel any pain.

I brought my little boy here to get some work done. I didn’t have any problems with the staff. My appointment was set for a specific time, and I came here on the dot and was seen with my child within 5 minutes. My little boy said he didn’t feel any pain and I was in the room during the process, he seemed to be alright with the dentist. This was my second time here, and I’d recommend the place based on my two visits.

I had to get an extraction done. After searching around with a few different dentists, my friend recommended I go and see Dr. Ravari. She was able to do the extraction and I didn’t feel any pain from start to finish. She took the time to explain a few things to me and answer all of my questions. I think she’s a wonderful dentist all around.

The Dentist , Dental Assistants and Staff here are of High Excellence Extemely Professional explain the whole process of your procedures very friendly everyone smiles and I feel like family. They always offer cable while getting the procedures done and ice cream when you are done . You can play games on Xbox one!!!! Service here is clean fast and friendly. So Unforgettable I feel like a big kid here I'm definitely coming back with all my friends & family, last year was my first visit, it was early I had no money and couldn't be late for work, with No Appointment! The whole side of my face swollen, with excruciating pain, Immediately after treatment, in the same hour no pain, I wasn't late for work after 1 week of anti-inflammatory treatment I had my tooth treated with no complications. I went three different times and have not waited 10min in the lobby before they call you they treat you like you are the only one there, and was x-rayed and treated in less than 45min

Waited over 2 hours to tell me they would have tp reschedule for a cleaning. A cleaning! The front desk clerk a woman was so unprofessional,I asked how much was she going to charge my insurance, as to what she replied "we dont bill your insurance, we submitt claims" oh really! So I asked "how much are you going to submit the claim for". Just a waist of tome to have them submitt a claim over $200.00 for over a 2 hour wait for nothing. They didn't do anything.

I sat in the dental chair for over an hour patiently waiting to be seen for a cleaning. The dentist walked in and said"this is going to be fast!" He took out a scaler and hit a few spots and bounced while I waited another hour for the hygienist! I was suppose to get an impression for a mouth guard but all the assistance left for lunch so they asked me to come back!! They also raised they prices because I would pay 30 out of pocket and my insurance cover the rest and now it's like $200. I will never go back to this place!

Horrible horrible horrible office. I totally agreed with Eddie.m56. Even one star is too much for this office.

I went there because my friend said that Asian doctor there is so skillful and kind. He said she did his root canal and crown painless.

However, Assistants was very distracted and unprofessional. They were just hanging around talking and laughing. I was sitting in the room for more than 30 min alone. Eventually, a middle eastern looking doctor came to my room and said that I need deep cleaning and have more than 10 decays! When I went to another office a year ago, I was totally free with decays!

After he left the room, I asked one of assistant that I want to be seen by asian woman doctor. That rude assistant said that she left, and started to say bad about her. I was shocked and embarrassed with staff commented her dentist bad.

It was the worst rudest and the most unpleasant dental visit I made. I assure they over treat patients to rip them off.

This office is just terrible. The assistants. Are not good assistants. Always laughing and on their phones. I've been there 4 times and there's always new assistants which doesn't look professional at all. Talked to one of the assistants and said that the ones that left are because the main Dr was a b****. Asked for a practicular assistant and heard that got fired. Which he always made my visits incredible. Ladies in the front took forever to come talk to me about my treatment plan. Never would I go and will not recommend at all!

Went there on an emergency due to extreme pain, swelling and inflammation in my gums and wisdom teeth. Waited about an hour before being seen, finally see the "dentist" and was told I needed my wisdom teeth to be extracted and a deep cleaning...Well no s**t but they weren't able to anything for me until a MONTH away. Turns out I did some research and have a very serious condition called Periocoronitis that can cause DEATH if not treated right away! Go there if you want to wait and deal with people who got their degrees out of cracker jack boxes.

Unfortunately, my 4 kids appointments were cancelled because the doctor wasn't going to be in.....we were not offered to be rescheduled for almost 2 months later....I thought we would have priority being as we were not the ones that cancelled...however we were not. The few times we did visit the wait times before being called back was about an hour in the waiting room so it's probably for the best that we found another dentist. Do not recommend.

Great service! My daughter fell and chipped her upper tooth this afternoon. Because of the snow storm many other places we called were closed or were about to shortly because it was 3:30 and the storm was getting worse. Sunny Smiles said to bring her on in. When we got there they discovered that part of the bone above the top teeth had been broken as well as the obviously chipped tooth. The dentist who assesed her had us wait for a little bit and when the last of their other regular patients left at about 5:30 he and his associate worked together to get the bone set and put in the stitches she needed. They also stabalized the 2 front teeth with a wire braces. We left with a much improved and once again smiling daughter at shortly after 8 pm. Thanks for your committment Sunny Smiles!!!

Well the denist is not at all a fun place to visit.I did have great exerpiance thougth i had to take my 3 kids and the staff help watch them while i was in the back room. I was even laghing. Then the day after i even got a call to see how I was felling. Which I thought was awsome.
