Provided by YP.comVery bad management and lack of training skills. Owner of the business refers to the delivery drivers as retards. When employees are reprimanded it is done in the presence of all other employees. No probational period is given, the performance of new employees is based on comments made by other employees in the privacy of the employee and the office manager.
