Do not go here, call you PCP and make an appointment, I went in the am on a weekday, one other person in the waiting room, I had busted my upper lip open approx. 3 cm, face was swollen and bleeding. They did not give me a tissue or an ice pack. Waited for the Doctor, once he arrived he shook my husbands hand, shook my hand and then tried to touch my lip without washing his hands or putting on gloves. I pulled away before he could touch my lip. He gave me the third degree about the injury, asking if y husband had assaulted me, which did not happen, asked my husband to leave the room and then asked again. I explained I had knee surgery 2 days ago, was walking with out assistance and fell to the floor, tile floor, knocked myself out. My husband heard the crash and was next to me in a second. Still didn't give me a tissue or an ice pack, wrote a script for pain meds and sent me home. The bill was $759.00 for the Doctor, Doctor Castaneda-who did nothing, and $1,296.16 for the Urgent Care Facility. DO NOT GO HERE, unless you DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE.

Doctor wax incompetent and very rushed. Misdiagnosed my daughter's ear problem. Prescription he prescribed did no good because of this. My daughter suffered needlessly for several days and we wasted a lot of money. We will never return!!
