WORST SERVICE EVER, took my car to the mechanic Mr. Ramirez whom several family members were loyal customers, after keeping my car for 2.5 weeks because he "couldn't figure out what was wrong with it" he tells me it will be $1600 to fix, I advised him I could not afford that amount and will probably just end up selling it as is, he then offers me $300 for my 03 corolla!!! I advised him I would get back to him, a couple days later I told him I was on my way to pick up my car and he said he didn't have it it was somewhere else and to give him 24 and he'll get my car back when I told him no I would just go pick up car where ever it was he refused to give me information of the location where it was. finally I got my car back after he threw a fit , I saw he had ripped off the back seats, and took off the Toyota emblem. I had another mechanic look at it who advised me that wires connecting to the fuel pump and some located under the car had been cut. He stated the way the car is and how things were positioned the car had been fixed and was being used!!!!! Mr. Ramirez had my car for 3.5 weeks. Im seeking legal action and reporting him to the BBB!!!!! Douche bag!!!
