Elva is a great hair stylist she does amazing hair cuts (i have thick hair ) and she really takes the time to give you what you desire. Her highlights are also great i was very satisfied took me about 6 years to find a hair stylist like elva.



P.s. my husband was blown away with the cut and color he loved it as well ;)

I have been going to Segovia's for 5yrs and I absolutely enjoy my experience when I'm there!! The owner William Segovia does my hair and every time he's done I feel absolutely beautiful! The salon is a family owned salon and they are all polite and welcoming. Thank you Segovia's for always making me feel beautiful and welcomed!!!

I have been going to Stephanie for my hair and eyebrows for 12 years (even flying down from PA...) and I would not trust my looks with anyone else. By far the BEST stylist I have ever been to and that's coming from someone who has been around the world. I will definitely be visiting Spargo's on my next trip out!!!

I LOVE Stephanie and have been seeing her for years. She is honest and a true artist. I have never left feeling like less than a million bucks :)



I always tell people to make sure to call ahead, because she has a busy schedule BUT she is totally worth the wait. I would rather wait a few days and have perfect hair than get in to see some no name stylist at budget cuts and walk out with some awful kind of mullet. Trust me, I know. She has had to fix my hair after I got impatient and SETTLED by going to a salon (and I use that term loosely) on Ft Bliss. Your hair and beauty are not worth settling for. Call early and get in to see her. You will NOT regret it.

I would and have recommended Steph to everyone! I have never left a review for anything and I, in fact, only signed up so I can ensure everyone knows she's the best.



Steph does amazing cuts and colors. I have been going to steph for about 7 years now and have had every color in the rainbow and each one looked amazing. She also makes excellent recommendations for new styles. She made me break out of my comfort zone with my hair and every style fit me perfectly. She is a stylist that knows what she is doing.



Steph has recommended different products for me throughout the years. I have fallen in love with each one. My hair looks healthy and shiny. I recently tried the Keratin treatment after Steph recommended it. My hair has never felt better. I have tons of hair and it's very coarse, and required tons of maintenance. Not anymore! The treatment makes my hair look smooth and has cut the blow drying/styling time in half. Also, I get fewer split ends which has led to less trims... I have been able to grow out my hair a lot quicker. I style my hair almost every day with heat... And it looks like heat has never touched my hair! I have also gotten tons of compliments.



Steph has an amazing work ethic. She is always the first one there and last to leave. I have an incredibly busy schedule and Steph will always work with me. She will stay late or come in on what are supposed to be her days off. However, you're not going to get an appointment walking in or calling that day. Steph books up fast, because she is THAT good. Steph is in high demand, so call ahead and book your appointment, she is worth any wait.



Steph has a great attitude and is dedicated to her clients. the only times I've seen Steph become unnerved or "rush"clients is when people disrespect her business and other clients. I've seen clients come in late, up to a couple hours, and demand there hair still be done, although that will cause Steph to run late on other clients. Steph manages her time very efficiently and is running a business. She is not appreciative of individuals who come in and do not keep this in mind. People need to be respectful of her time as a professional and my time... Because I am that client whose appointment might be pushed back because you weren't considerate enough to show up on time.





To sum it up.... Steph is great. If you want an awesome cut and color from a dedicated stylist, she is your woman!

I have been going to stephanie for the past 6 years (2006) and I believe that what I am about to say I say with great confidence. For the person who left the comment below that believes "That anyone who puts in a good word for stephanie must not exist" Despite how stephanie may have treated you, this site is for those who wish to leave a comment based on how well they did their job. As for Stephanie, she is ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. She does exactly what I tell her to but, she also tells me if its going to look the way I imagined. If it doesn't then she does something different to make it look like the way I want it to. I have changed my hair from all sorts of colors to all different styles. I have been able to see all the different styles that she can create. Never the less she ALWAYS DOES BETTER THAN I HOPED FOR! Since this site is based on job qualifications and not attitude by someone who has never done your hair, may I suggest you leave your comments some else where??!!.

Stephanie at Segovia's is the absolute best! I came to her a couple of years ago with my hair a disaster; she created a miracle and has been my stylist ever since. Not only is my hair healthier, but it looks great! I have a huge impatience for waiting for a stylist when my appointment time has passed and this has NEVER happened with Stephanie. She is always on time and I don't sit waiting unnecessarily for her to finish my highlights while she is working on someone else. She is great with time management. As with any stylist that is in demand...I will say if you want an appointment with her, book ahead!!! You can't possibly expect to get into a stylist in high demand on a day's notice...or even a couple of days for that matter. In conclusion, if you want a great stylist who follows her schedule (which means you, the client, must be on time as well...time is money) then Stephanie is definitely the one to book at Segovia's. You will enter the salon confident that your new stylist is going to make certain you leave the salon feeling and looking beautiful.

I read the reviews and the one review which was meant to be a complaint totally sold me on going to Stephanie. The woman was upset because Stephanie told her the cut wouldn't be flattering and she didn't like that.....um wouldn't you want someone to tell you if you were walking around with your zipper down and looked silly? Sorry about the analogy but seriously who doesn't want to look their best? I walked in and as soon as I was done telling her about how my went straight after having kids and I was trying these swoopy bangs she immediately told me I had my bangs going in the wrong direction and as soon as she put them the other way it 100% better. She explained that since my hair had previously been very curly that was how my hair should have been going BUT once it went straight they needed to switch to the other side to make them lay better. Now why didn't the other salon I had been to before explained that?? She then gave me the most beautiful color that is natural looking (no stripes here!!!) and the best cut ever. Full bangs, which I have never gotten so many compliments over. I am insanely cheap and she was worth every penny, There was never pressure and she herself said right away that she understands everyone has a budget and she won't press anyone into any service they can't afford. My friend saw my new haircut and made an appointment for the very next day and loved her cut too!!!!

OMG!!! I went here while on a work trip. Stephanie cut and colored my hair. It looks fantastic. I would also like to mention the other staff. Everyone was super friendly and I had a great time while I was there! Oh....yeah...they will try to get you go to to CHICOS, if you've never been there! I didn't make it : (Jill from Pennslyvania
