Cheap construction, houses fall apart after first year. Really good customer service until your warranty runs out!

This is by far the worst builder I have run across. Their customer service is the absolute worst and the attitudes of the staff is unbelievable! A ghetto, unprofessional, unorganized, cheap MESS!! I do understand that this is a small family owned builder, however, if they ever want this company to succeed, they need to start by hiring professional staff. There have been nothing but lies from the staff and unconcerned management. This will sink their company quickly. Although they build beautiful homes, it's NOT worth the headache. I would much rather deal with a builder that is professional in all aspects of the business. These people don't seem to have any policies and make things up as they go. That is not how a successful business is run. To all families seeking to build a home BEWARE! Go elsewhere! Don't waste your time on this company! You'll likely regret it in the end!

Beautiful home was done right and to my liking. Absolutely LOVING the savings that we are getting from the solar panels! All the homes are exquisite. I love my home.

Quite a few issues. Cheap carpet. Carpet coming unglued less than 3 years and rolling up in the middle. Poor insulation and door seals. If its dusty outside, it's dusty in your house. Would not recommend.

Excellent homebuilder! Great staff all around. Their quality is up there with the best in El Paso. My home is 3 years old and i've never had an extreme issue. Great workmanship!

The kitchens were a very good size with colors that blended very well. I really liked the back splash that they have in the kitchen. For a growing family they have really good yard and room sizes. Also the sales people are very friendly and non invasive.

As a future Saratoga Home buyer I have been very impressed with their quality of materials and variety of floor plans they have available to their buyers. Since this is our first home I like that I will have a sales person walk me through the entire process. I've seen other builders in the area and I've got to say, I'm not as impressed as I was with Saratoga.

We bought our first house from Saratoga Homes and it was the most lovely home on a beautiful lot in El Paso. When we moved back to El Paso, we bought another house from Saratoga and we were so confident in their product that we committed to the house before we even moved here. We have been very pleased with the house so far and if we ever move to another city where Saratoga builds homes, they will be the first ones we check out. We recommend them to our friends whenever they are in the market for a home.

I purchased my very first home from Saratoga Homes. I am extremely satisfied with my choice. My house was functional and spacious and was beautiful too! I was nervous to go through the process as I was first time homebuyer but Saratoga was very understanding and walked me through the process making it a wonderful experience for me. I always recommend Saratoga Homes to all my friends and family!

I've had my home for almost 2 years and i am extremely pleased with it, Good quality builder. I can always count on them to help me out if i have any question! 3 of my family members own Saratoga. And they all seem to love their home as much as we do.

Horrible customer service bad warranty repair work...wheeping kitchen ceiling cheap carpet. Rude secretary . And we've only been here a year! Cheap cheap cheap

I totally agreed with first person. Nothing is perfect on this house! I was a bit on a rush too because I just came from overseas. They are in a hurry to sell the house but they do not tell you everything that's included, so I guess they could pocket it. Garages, are not painted. Sink hoses holes were probably gutted out with bare hands. Not all rooms get cold/hot air. Dishwasher leaked few times. Central A/C unit leaked too and when I looked inside it looked like a 5 year old put the woods that holds it together. I'm assuming it was built in a month just like the homes that are being built on front of the house. I did get a free 55" TV though since she mentioned all the appliances are included but I joked about the TV and she got me one.

I have been in my home for about a year. I wish i could have done more research. They enjoy calling to see how its going the first few months but are horrible following up. The repairs are crappy and the house, in my opinion, is not worth the appraised amount. I recommend to gather a lot of reviews before you decide to go with any builder. Here are a few items that i can recall that have gone wrong. The molding is crooked and damaged, the carpet was installed crappy, the painters did a crappy job and

Some of the appliances, tub, counters were painted, the tub was all scratched, cheap appliances which i would recommend to sell and upgrade. The pipes in the kitchen sink continue to leak after it was supposedly repaired. The a/c doesnt cool the entire house. I hope this review helps someone else on their investment. I cant wait to sale thia home to the home i deserve to have.
