We know which bureaus to pull, where inquiries will take place, how many are allowed, what time of day to do certain pulls, and how to make sure while working with lender, borrower, and/or Broker that everything is done professionally in right in favor of the Borrower (Client) so that they end up Financially Stable and happy instead of feeling still overwhelmed. Through 8 years of experience is where our knowledge is gained, speaking and working with 250+ Lenders, obtaining their scoring modules used, scores that qualify, knowing which accounts may not be allowed in processing or membership, and what credit history has a better chance at certain places rather than others again through Hands on Knowledge! Working to help the Borrower and Broker, making sure they are satisfied with our company, not just looking to profit. A lot of our Clients start with S&H Finance company beginning with a small dream of a financial opportunity, just like us, that leads into huge deals being closed that can sometimes double or triple their money.
