I had a TERRIBLE experience with these services. I requested a cleaning service for an EMPTY apartment. Cost was $80 for a two bedroom apartment that once again, completely empty. Service was said to include: Vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, kitchen and appliances, inside part of windows.

Vacuuming---floors and closets still had trash on the floor. Bathroom----Sink and tub were still dirty. Appliances---the top of the microwave and top of refrigerator were dirty. Windows---Not even wiped down or vacuumed, a lot of dirt and dust! When confronting owner, I was advised this is what I paid for, when it is clearly stated the services above are included. He refused to finish the job or give any type of refund. The whole job took the employee no more than 2 hrs and a half---FOR $80!!. Employee also took her kid to the job. When finished, she took off and left apartment open. Payment was demanded prior to starting the service. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS BUSINESS!
