They were always punctual and professional throughout the entire process,starting with the roof estimate visit all the way through picking up after themselves as the roof work was being completed . I had a great and overall experience with this company . The service and communication was top notch . They were very friendly and very knowledgeable in their craft and trade . From the point of contact to the cleanup very detailed in everything they did.They explained everything to us and made us feel at peace as you might understand with all the horror stories you hear out there and from our personal experience with previous contractors. They truly took care of us and we felt very content as we watched the work progress . I will highly recommend Roof Solutions to anyone looking for an honest reliable roofing contractor . When the guy came over to give us the estimate, he just rubbed me the right way. I could tell he knew what he was talking about and seemed very honest. My intuition sure payed off because they did a very good job. The color we chose goes good with the house, and they do good work.

They did a beautiful job and finished on-time. No surprises, just good, clean work. And we got a 10 year warranty.

Our experience with our project manager from Roof Solutions was very pleasing as he walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He was very courteous and responsive with our needs. He explained several options to us and was timely in his communication. The best part was he worked directly with our insurance company and claims adjuster to make sure everything was taken care of and completed in a timely manner. Set up an appointment to have our roof inspected . Our roof was so severely damaged that we had to file an insurance claim. We set up another consultation and set up a start date. The work was completed in the most professional manner and everything was documented and most important our roof looks great and leak free. Called Roof Solutions we setup a consultation . They came out to our property performed a roof inspection found the issues with our roof and let us know what needed to be done to fix them. We scheduled a time to start the crew came out to our property ready to work. They were professional , fast , clean and friendly.
