Avoid at all cost! Brought my vehicle for a dent repair. After two weeks of waiting, they still hadn’t started work in my vehicle. They original told me it would take 3 days to complete. Now I am out of 2 weeks of car rental because of their estimation.

Took my truck in for hail damage, they said it would be ready in 7 days. It took them over a month to finish my truck and in all honesty i think it looked better with the hail damage than it did after they "repaired it". There is overspray all over my bed cover, windows, wheels, and side steps. There is white paint in all the moldings around the windows, and wheel wells. The new hood isn't aligned with the fenders, and there are dull spots in the paint job where the clear coat wasn't properly sprayed. When i received my truck it was really dirty from the inside and outside. The truck had 70 miles more when i picked it up then what it did when i dropped it off, had no gas, and 2 tires were loosing air because there were screws in them. They did tell me my truck has lifetime warranty on the paint job but never received any paperwork or receipts. After seeing the type of work they do I rather take my truck somewhere else to get it fixed than to use their "warranty" and get some bad work done on the truck.

12/21/2016 - A day after posting my review (12/20/16) i received a call from RC body shop. They said they will be filing a law suit against me for "lying" in my review. I have pictures of everything that i mentioned. They also said they were going to talk to someone of higher rank than me, from my job, I do not know what the point of that is, since this issued has NOTHING to do with my job, but it's something that they did mention. Be careful if you are considering getting work done at this place. Get everything in writing and if you can, do not pay them until you are satisfied with their work. My mistake was paying in full before they even started working on my truck.

Love there work they did s great paint job in my truck and the people there are great people i will be taking my car back if need it

Owner's son is rude and disrespectful. Do not return phone calls. Very bad service and very bad customer service!!!!

avoid avoid avoid thieves I only gave one star because zero was not an option had my truck repaired 2010 sierra after a wreck they used old parts truck still makes wheel noise over sprayed bed liner inside doors have gray residue truck its black went several times and give you run around between son and day both just lie was given an inconvenient appointment wont return my calls gone 6 times never there and employees blame others worst job ever also clear ran issuance paid over 3 k and they pretty much did junk work please stay away from these thieves that make false promises I knew something was wrong when he made a lot excuses to not give me a final receipt but luckily I have contract and legally will get issue resolved avoid them and also the last 2 good reviews Jessica was his secretary that assisted me and many C its the owner or son since between both throw the ball to each other the ball of ownership that's so unethical

RC Auto Body repair has fixed my car and I highly recommend this body shop for those who are looking for a great price, payments, and understanding people.

Avoid this business,they do not honor their warranty. They will ruin your car . The owners son is foul mouthed and disrespectful. They will ruin your classic.
