its hard to right a review for dental service when you never received the service you are expecting. doctor guaranteed and said that they would finish everything and it has not been done. very poor effort to achieve patient satisfaction.

The professional staff makes one feel comfortable. I have had extensive dental work done by Picasso Smiles and have been extremely surprised by the advanced on the spot technology to diagnose and treat any dental problem.

the most unprofessional office I have been to! They keep your money , do not allow you to get your treatment done or leave your treatment half done. They have done this to my son and I. Manager and a girl named Tara have the worst customer service skills and treat their patients badly. I have tried to put in a complaint with Dr Shayesta , they do not allow you to speak with the Dr or leave a message.They state the Dr does not accept messages nor does he call patients back. I have tried to schedule an appointment to see him for recommendations on transferring treatment and they refuse to let me see him or talk with him. When they are upset they hang up on you, the pass the phone around the front office staff as if it were some kind of circus. Because the manager is upset she now has made my account self pay (Did I mention I have 3 insurances) stating I owe 2000 and has not billed any of the 3 that they accept and have got authorization for. I have paid over 1500 dollars to this office and will be calling the BBB. I will make sure to never recommend anyone to go through this fiasco. You will be left with unfinished treatment or be left in emergency situations as my son was. I will be calling the board and the media. Also very disappointed that Dr Shayesta would allow this of his staff.

I was very nervous at first due to a bad dental experience in alburquerque but once the doctor came in I began to feel a lot better. I got caps and a bridge done and the doctor did a good job! I felt little to no pain during the work that was getting done. People in the office, even the secretaries were nice and friendly. Very nice place to go.

Dr. Shayesta did a great job, made me feel very relaxed. Everyone in the office was nice and made me feel welcome. I got my cavities removed but the doctor was as gentle as possible and made sure I was comfortable. I was very satisfied and I rate this business a 10..

I saw both doctors. Everyone was very friendly, the staff, nurses and doctors. I had work done on my front teeth and I didn't have hardly any pain. I give them a 9, I was very pleased with their service.

Dr. Shayesta was very gentle. I just had minor work done but it went well. They did very good overall. I'm very happy with the doctor.

Last week i went for a check up at Picasso Smiles with my two kids, honestly the best dental office i've ever been too! Their office staff were very proffesional. Dr. Shams was very kind and friendly, and did a great job on me and my kids. I was very satisfied with their work and greatly recommend them to everyone!

I’m the nervous kind when I have any procedure done but Dr. Shams is very sweet and I don’t feel as uncomfortable. I am satisfied with the work and I do have appointments in the future for other work that I need. I was happy with the deep cleaning as well that Dr. Roberts did.

The doctor was gentle during my procedure and I am happy with the outcome. Despite the fact that lots of children are in and out of the clinic, what stood out to me the most was the cleanliness which is a big thing for me. Furthermore, Dr. Shams along with the staff treated me very well.

Dr. Shams did cosmetic work on me and I am happy with the results so far. Dr. Roberts does the rest of my work. The service is very good and I feel relaxed in the doctor’s office. I did experience some pressure but that is expected since they do take the time to explain what to expect before the procedure.

BIG Thumbs up for Picasso Smiles.I had some teeth extracted and everything has come along well since. Dr. Shayesteh has been very attentive and helpful. I am very happy with the work and I don’t have any complaints about their service. Everyone in the office is very nice too.

I have always been truly scared of dentists since I was little. I was nervous in the waiting room but the environment made me feel very relaxed and the staff helped me relax and assured me that everything was going to be okay. I had my teeth pulled out by Dr. Shayesta and it was a surprisingly calm experience. I watched a movie during the procedure and it really helped me calm down. I give their service and company a 10. Dr. Shayesta was great. I will be going back there to get some more work done!

I HIGHLY recommend these dentists. After an accident, I had broken my 4 front teeth. Other dentists told me to just remove the teeth and get dentures. NOT these dentists. The damage was bad but immediately Dr. Shams and Dr. Shayesteh went to work. Now, unless I said something, no one would ever know that my front teeth had work done! Their skills made my smile Perfect! They don't look fake or discolored, and all the procedures I've had to go through were painless and show good results everytime. They are very knowledgeable, very patient and comforting. Their staff is friendly and know their stuff as well. I noticed they treated children even as small as 3 yrs old! I'm very grateful and happy that this business was there to help me keep my teeth and help me smile again!!

BEST...dentist I have been to. I was nervous since I had not seen a dentist in a long time. But I lost a filling and Dr. Shayesteh did a wonderful job!! Truly I felt no pain and was comfortable the entire time. The office staff is friendly and energetic. My husband was entertained with one of the many ipads they have available for anyone to use!! I found Picasso Smiles through an advertisement sent to my home. It had the pictures of the dentists, therefore it seemed I already knew them when i arrived!! Nice ad. Thank you
