The repair which should have lasted many years only lasted one year. Not sure they installed new equipment as they were supposed to. I do not recommend.

The price is reasonable - no complaints there. Lately, I've had a problem with response. Wasn't like this before. Said they'd arrive and never did. And, tried calling over three days. Get an answering machine. Starting to lose faith in their unavailability and no response. The price might be inexpensive; however, the service has been subpar lately.

I had an appointment with Castorena Heating recently on a Saturday. Called several times and left several messages to find out if they were coming they did not answer or return my calls. Finally, an hour and a half later I called and left a message that I was cancelling and not to bother coming over. Very unprofessional and unreliable!

Talk about same day service! I called around 9:30 AM and they were here in 30 minutes. Sorry that I didn't get the servicemen’s name, but they were courteous and awesome. Had my A/C up and running in about a couple of hours. Great pricing! Definitely would do business again and highly recommended!! Thank you!

Same Day Service. I called Castorena Heating and Cooling at 0900. By 1300 they had completed repairs. I had fully expected to suffer in the heat for several days. Miguel called 30 minutes before he arrived. Five minutes later he had already diagnosed the problem and within an hour the problem had been fixed. The crew was very professional and polite. Miguel explained to me what the problem had been and how I could prevent it in the future. The price of service was very reasonable. In the future I will use their services and have no problem recommending them to my friends.

Called Castorena Heating and Cooling to get my evaporative AC online. Miguel came was at my place within an hour and was done within 20 mins. Great prices, great service, professional. I know who I will go to from now on.

I was stuck with 100 degree heat and a dead air conditioner unit. Called Castorena H&C and they (Jesus Solis) came out a few hours later (yes, the same day!). Diagnosed my problem fast and showed it to me – very professional. Jesus located the part in town and he came back the next morning with the new part. Installed and running in less than an hour. Rates better than an alternate quote. Definitely call these guys first.

A very professional and knowledgable company. Mr. Castorena was the lowest of four quotes I uptained for a conversion to refrigerated air and furnice installation. I am very satisfied with the quality of installation this company provided. They were thorough and detailed oriented. I would recommend Mr. Castorena's Heating & Cooling company to anyone who is wanting to do a conversion to refrigerated air.

I found this company on Yellow Pages and after seeing the great reviews, decided to call them out. My AC was torn up in the back. They came out the same day I called and were very open and honest about the price. Another company quoted me an $80 service fee plus whatever it would cost to fix the AC. Castorena only charged me $60 total. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. :)

These guys are good!! Very reasonably priced, great service, guarantee the work, and most important of all, can be trusted. I recommended them to my father-in-law and after they repaired his heater he said, " i found my ac and heater guys." I highly recommend Castorena Heating & Cooling.

GREAT WORK!! The Technician was very courtious, and professional. The quote that was given to me over the phone, was the same quote that I paid after the job was complete (no hidden costs like other companies). Honesty, on time service,and very resonable prices.I will definitely keep CASTORENA HEATING & COOLING on my speed dial as well as referring his company to family and friends.

On May 2012 I contacted Mr.Castorena due to a problem I had with my refrigerated a/c unit. Mr. Castorena was very polite and helpful and he tried to save me money by troubleshooting unit over the phone. Eventually I contacted him for home service. He arrived when promised and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He gave me a fair price and got my unit working that same day! I highly recommend contacting Castorena Heating and Cooling! When it came time to replace the old A/C's I spoke with 3 or 4 contractors. I decided on Trane and felt I got the best price from Miguel Castorena. They installed two 18 SEER split systems and one package unit. The crew was polite and got the job completed in a timely manner. The company may be young, but they will work hard for your business. So far, we have been very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

I am glad that I got estimates from 6 different Heating & Cooling dealers. It made me realize what a good deal the quote from Castorena H&C was. The whole crew, who were all professional at all times, was a pleasure to have working in my home. From start to finish the job was done right and they kept everything clean at all times. They take the time to courteously answer any question that you might have about the work. I have already put the word out to my friends and family about this great business.

I had wanted to convert from evaporative cooling to refrigerated air conditioning for a few years. I wanted to call a few Heating & Cooling companies to give me estimates. I asked friends if they had any recommendations that could guide to a good Heating & Cooling company. A licensed Home Inspector friend of mine told me to call Castorena Heating & Cooling as he had seen their work and was really impressed.



I like to do my due diligence when shopping around for anything whether it be a car or for a contractor. I made appointments with Miguel Castorena from Castorena Heating & Cooling along with 3 other Heating & Cooling companies to come over to my house and give me estimates.



After meeting with all 4 Heating & Cooling companies it was a very clear decision to hire Castorena Heating & Cooling to do my conversion from evaporative cooling to refrigerated air conditioning. Miguel by far was the most knowledgeable of the people I met with. Miguel knew his product inside and out and was very clear in his explanation of the job that needed to be done. He was very professional and gave me a written estimate during our appointment which none of the other companies did because they had to go back to the office and crunch up numbers. As a consumer it is hard to know who to trust in today's world and what I appreciated with Miguel is that he did not collect any payment at all until the job was 100% complete and I was satisfied with the work. A very nice touch was that Miguel personally called me later in the day after the job was to done to make sure everything was working fine, and to see if I had any questions for him. Not many contractors if any at all take the time or effort to follow up with their clients once a job is completed.



Miguel's employees were all very professional and also very knowledgeable. They arrived to work when they said they would. They began the job on time and also finished on time.
