Wanda had a great sense of humor, made me feel very comfortable, she gives you a human aspect of the clinic, not all about wait time and dollars.
She is also beautiful with blue eyes..Love this woman. Too bad she is married. ha ha

Our appointment was at 10:40am to get results from a hospital stay. It is now 3 hours later and we are still sitting in the waiting area, no one has even taken any vitals. The paperwork from the hospital still has not been faxed over. When we called this morning to make sure that the clinic called the hospital for information the person I spoke to said she was going to to call hospital when we hung up. So now we have waited 3 hours for our appointment and are going to have to wait even longer to recieve the information when it should already be here. The young ladies working up front have little to no people skills what so ever. This Clinic lacks professionalism and organizational skills.

Recently I had an unpleasant visit. My daughter was ordered to get an UT, she did and I tried to set up an appt for the results but nobody answered from 2-6 pm on a Tuesday. I called 4 times and waited about 30 minutes each time and all I got is the recording that they were all busy. I called back the next morning and miraculously someone answered and I was told that they do not make same day appts but the last walk in was at 7pm. I show up 5 min til 7 pm due to personal reasons and the office manager tells me that per the provider they were not taking any more patients, I seriously doubted that so I asked to speak to a doctor. Well, one of the medical assistants from the back came out. I explained to Leilani that I was there for UT results, had been trying to get an appt but had been unsuccessful. She then proceeded to give me a copy of the UT results and said she was authorized by the nurse practitioner, Wanda Sanchez, to give me the results and tell me my daughter needs to be on medication immediately. I explained to her that this was more of a reason for me to see the dr. Leilani said Ms. Sanchez was doing a procedure at the moment and could not see me. I seriously doubt that office personnel are legally authorized to give test results and proceed to tell me what action needs to be taken. Who's license is at stake, not the medical assistant. For my daughters health, I will not be going back and it's unfortunate the poor customer service being practiced at this place and the doctors are not aware of it.

I had an appointment at 11:15. It's 1:45 and am still waiting! A husband and wife had an appointment for their son at 10:45,but were still waiting after 12. Two patients came in after them and were seen before them. They waited 10 more minutes then cancelled and said that it was the 3rd time this has happened, so they wouldn't be back again. They've been like this for 4+ years. It's ridiculous. Save your money and go to another clinic, this place is immensely crappy and unprofessional.

I had an appointment for 1:45. Left work early to get there. At 3:30, I was still waiting. Hearing voices in the hall, I opened the door of the examination room, and two other patients were in the hallway asking when they would see the doctor. The doctor, it seems, wasn't even there! Establishing that both of these people were ahead of me, I walked out. You can guess how much longer I would have had to wait. All I wanted was a referral.

My son was given the wrong vaccine! The school nurse noticed the mistake and called the clinic, the clinic called me to ask that I bring my son back to receive the correct vaccine I was told to come back first thing in the morning and it would get taken care of right away instead I was told to sign in and wait. Who knows how long I will be here waiting.

Worst SERVICE ever waited over two hours to be seen, mind you i did have an appointment. Staff is very unprofessional, if you have insurance i recommend you go elsewhere

This clinic is horrible, waited over three hours and the staff is lazy. Never going here again.

This clinic is HORRIBLE!!! i took my kids for flu shots and after waiting for more then an hour i was told they had ran out of flu shots, dont go to this place, and lets not even mention the fact that the front desk personnel dont know what a smile is!!! if they dont want to treat people nice or deal with people, work at a cublcle then!!!

CLINIC IS WORTH THE WAIT! WHERE ELSE CAN YOU GET EVERYTHING DONE AT ONE TIME? MAKES SENSE TO ME ONE STOP AND GET IT ALL DONE. IF YOU GET TIRED OF WAITING ASK TO SEE WANDA SANCHEZ. SHE IS THE "BOMB" AND YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. THE KINDEST, MOST CORDIAL, SWEETEST INDIVIDUAL I HAVE EVER KNOWN IN HEALTHCARE. SHE WILL FIND A WAY TO GET WHATEVER YOU NEED TAKEN CARE OF AND MOST OF ALL SHE IS COMPASSIONATE AND TRULY WANTS TO HELP THE PATIENTS. VERY ACCESSIBLE PERSON, CARES WITH HER HEART AND HER SMILE. SHE IS NUMBER ONE AND I WOULD NOT EVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. IT IS MONTWOOD OR NONE FOR ME. WANDA ANSWERS ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS, SHE DIGS FOR THE FACTS AND THE TRUTH, DOESN'T HESITATE TO ENSURE THAT YOU AS THE PATIENT ARE NUMBER ONE. SHE IS GREAT!!! SHE SHOULD BE RUNNING THE PLACE. MY VOTE IS 5 PLUS STARS FOR WANDA.

I've visited this clinic a few times for different issues and I've always been treated good. wait times are by far way better then an emergency room and the wait room has a comfortable feeling. Staff is young and still a bit self centered at times but still nice and welcoming. The Doctors are great, took their time to do the diagnostic and had many questions to to narrow down treatment.

Yea ill be a return patient.

Wanda Sanchez is great. She rocks!!! She is such a girlie girl, just love her, very knowledgable and caring, gets to the root of the problem and takes good care of the patients. She is the best would not see anyone else, ever.

I was really sick one night late. I found this clinic on trawood and the doors were locked. I was knocking on the door at 8 pm and one lady told me they were closed but another lady heard me and lucky for me she was the NP for urgent care. She had the doors unlocked, took me in, gave me IV fluids and medication. I had a strep throat and thank God she helped me. I thought I was going to die. Her name is Wanda Sanchez and she is just wonderful. The other girls were arguing that it was late and they were closed and basically she told them to "chill" as she was in charge and how ever long it would take she was going to take care of me. Oh my goodness I appreciate her so much. She truly cared about me.

I really like this clinic. I had a cut to my hand and a very nice lady named Wanda got me in right away and sewed up my hand without delay. She was very kind and caring to me. I was private pay and needed an antibiotic shot and just could not afford it and she told me that is "ok" and gave me the shot anyway and did not charge me. What a kind and wonderful soul that gives her all to the patient. I went back for a wound check and was not charged which helped me a lot as I am unemployed having recently lost my job. I will be going to the clinic to see her again and now that I have a new job and will be getting insurance I will be her number 1 patient. She is wonderful.

Montwood Family Medical Urgent care is great. The one practitioner there that really cares for the patient's and takes time for the patient's is Wanda Sanchez. She should be running the place. She is extraordinary, so polite, caring, always makes time for the patient's and meets the needs of patient's readily. She tells you straight up what is what and doesn't lie to you or jerk you around the way others do. LOVE HER. RECOMMEND HER....

Never go to this clinic. I walked in as a new patient after they told me it was very slow and the doctor would be able to see me in appx. 30 min. I dont mind the wait time; however after they took my vitals and was at the last stage to be seen by a doctor I was told by the nurse that the doctor I needed to see was not in and had to schedule an appointment to be seen by that specific doctor. I was at the clinic for close to 2 hours. It was ridiculous!!!!!

I have been going to this clinic for several years as well as other of my family members. 5heyre service is great but be prepared to wait for long periods. It will be even longer if you dont have an appt. Theyre staff though is excellent and will help you with anything and every symptom that you have.

THIS IS A POOR EXCUSE OF A HEALTHCARE CLINIC!! I HAVE BEEN TO THIS CLINIC ONE TIME, AND I WAITED IN THE LOBBY FOR SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE I WALKED OUT WITHOUT EVEN BEING SEEN. I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THAT THIS CLINIC IS JUST A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. NOT TO MENTION, I DID HAVE A SCHEDULED APPT, TOOK TIME OFF FROM WORK AND THERE WERE ONLY ABOUT 3 PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME..I STILL WAITED FOR ABOUT TWO HOURS! MY HUSBAND WENT TO THIS CLINIC TO GET AN IMMUNIZATION SHOT, HE WAS ONE OF THE FIRST ONE'S AT THE CLINIC ONCE THEY OPENED THEIR DOORS AND THERE WERE ONLY 4 PEOPLE AHEAD OF HIM. HE WAITED TWO HOURS AND HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE HE HAD TO RETURN TO WORK. ALL HE NEEDED WAS AN IMMUNIZATION SHOT, AND THE STAFF TOLD HIM THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO AND HE HAD TO CONTINUE TO WAIT. WHAT KIND OF HEALTH CARE SERVICE IS THIS!!
