Horrible customer service!!! Do you train your employees to laugh at customers and disrespect them as well? I have never come across such rude employees as the ones at this place!!! Discusting... After waiting for almost 30 min. I asked for a refund and that's what I got... A smirky employee...smh

My family and I went to get food and after the fact of being put on hold and switched persons threw the drive thru. And once we received our food and had seen that there were missing french fries we told the women at the window so she went to get us our fries and said here these are on the house only to find out that they were burnt past edible means. As well as the women at the window giving us a bad look and made us feel rushed to go. So by the time we left the window and found out that we were missing items we had to come back to get the rest. When we arrived home only to find that more then 75% of the food was either burnt,smashed,or missing so we called the store back and talked to the manager Pola. She assured us that she would replace all of the food and give us two extra meals for the inconvenience. So the next day we returned and when we asked for the manager Pola and she wasn't there one manager named Joan had us waiting for about five minutes before she helped us. And when I gave her the receipt so she could reimburse our order she put it to the side and did not acknowledge for quite some time. Then after a while she came back. Saying Pola did not say that she was going to reimburse the entire order but instead she was going to give us two meals after the fact we had terrible service the first time our whole order completely ruined, but the second time we go there for them to fix our order. We still get terrible service and our food (which was not edible and we had to throw everything away) was still not reimbursed and they made us feel very unwelcome. So we called back after we went home having my father call to talk to one of the managers about Polas word to reimburse us our food that was messed up and the manager that answered Angle would not let my Dad talk until he raised his voice to get his attention and kept on arguing with him. When my Dad asked for the stores number he said he did not know and he gave my Dad fake number to the General Manager until we had to look up the information and get it all from online. This is the worst service we have ever experienced for a fast food business your priority should be the customers we did contact the General Manager Manny and we will try to contact him again just know we do not suggest this McDonald's to anyone we know and will never come back to this location again. Just a note of advice you guys need to work on your customer service and just because the window time is going up doesn't give you the right to make a person feel rushed, to get there food to just pay and leave. Us customers are the reason you make money so we do at least deserve some kind of respect.
