I would put zero stars but I had to select at least one star! Plans take tooooooooo long, we have been waiting for 4 months, the designer does not answer calls, will not email info, makes appointments and does not keep them, places deadlines and does not keep them, poor service, little to no communication. I would not recommend him to ANYONE! I am STILL waiting for our plans so we can get started. We are on hold until he decides to give us the plans. If you want to keep your sanity, do not get this architect.
