Great place to visit do go there

Been going there for years. Really great place to visit especially at night with the mariachis on weekends

First time coming. Everyone telling me how great it was. Unfortunately i was disappointed. Went there with a group for work upon entering hostess was very nice. I informed who i was with and when she began to instruct a waiter to take me another lady came and said "no she can go by herself it's right down the hall to your right and she'll figure it out". Keep in mind I had never been here. Waiter that took our order was not very keen on having to tend to us either. To be honest the busboy helping the waiter was MUCH more polite than the waiter. I had i expectations and thought if I enjoyed myself I would return. That is not my thought any longer. The food unfortunately also was not so great. The plate itself was extremely hot but the food was barely warm. My steak was too chewy and I had a hard time chewing it. I have to return in 2 weeks due to work and I hope it is a much different experience, one that is MUCH more pleasant.

Amazing food. I highly recommend going to the buffet they have in the mornings on Sunday. There is a great variety of yummy food and drinks including chicken mole which is not on the regular menu!

We've going to Carlos&Mickey's for years. It used to be in my Top 3 restaurants, not only in El Paso but ever. Not only for the great food,but also the service. Unfortunately, tonight change our opinion about this favorite place. When we went there, it was very busy. We were told that the waiting time was 40minutes, but it could be less. After waiting 1 hour, when I went to inquiry the situation, especially because we were with our 6-month-ol son, I was told there were 1 more party before us and then it was our turn. Then the party before us got paged. When we were getting ready, they paged another party, totally skipping us. I went to ask them what was going on and why they took the party who came after us, up front. They claimed we were the next again. When finally they paged us, the hostess decided to take her time before she walked us to our table. And here is another surprise; we were given a half booth, where me and my husband has to sit next to each other, facing a WALL with our baby on the only open side of the booth. I objected and requested to see the manager. And all we heard was "sorry, we are trying to accommodate everybody, you need to wait more for another table!" After over an hour of waiting, they gave us a table squeezed a corner, probably used for server...We left right away and I am not planning on going back. I just hope that my baby will not get sick after spending over an hour at the entrance, in this cold weather.



P.S: By the reviews, I see that their service quality declined dramatically!!!

Honestly the best Mexican food I've ever had and the Margaritas are to die for!

Best mexican food in town, even to-go plate, nice environment and they even have Mariachis to enjoy on Fridays...

Los Bandidos De Carlos-Mickeys is a nice restaurant. I was told by the locals to try it. It was packed, but the food made it worth it. I had the quesadilla and fajitas. I love it.

The food is okay at best, but I found it mostly bland. The price for what we got was outrageous. It was $45 for two of us to eat. I have been to plenty of places here that give you much better food for what you pay.

Carlos & Mickey's has a great atmosphere and awesome food. The restaurant is beautiful.

Very good flautas and good nightly live music.

If you love music and delicious food then you'll love Carlos and Mickeys. They also have a patio. The inside is just as beautiful though.
