This Beauty Supply has EXCELLENT customer service. Any questions I have about any of their products is always answered with polite professionalism. Even if they don't carry what I'm looking for, they have no problem with referring me to another place of business. Their quality and brand of hair is outstanding and I never run out of options.! The manager will definitely work with you if there is a legit issue with anything from the customer service to maybe a "bad batch" of hair. I would DEFINITELY recommend this beauty supply over any other in the area.

P.s.- the wig in my photo was purchased from this store. I've had it for about 8 months now and it's still very nice looking.!

Love shopping for extensions here! I love the people working there. Always willing to work with my budget! I come here almost every 3 months for extensions and I have never had a problem. I recommend this place to a lot of my friends and many salons. I do not go anywhere else!

Currently, the store hours are: 9 am - 8 pm (Mon - Sat), and 10 am - 5 pm (Sunday)

I love this store, they have barcode system so I can tell what I had purchased.

They also have weekly specials every week. This store is very different from other beauty supply stores. Display is very nice, easy to find the items that I look for. The sales clerks and owners are very nice and knowledgeable. Most of all, this store is the only store, as far as I know, that have everything so one-stop shopping is possible, from hair accessories to wigs. I love this place.

Amazing selection! Everyone seems to thin they know the owner of LEE's wigs! They are not the older women that run the cash registers those are the employees! She's the youngest one there usually with curlers in her hair and greeting customers with smiles and knowing most of her customers by name! Great prices and great selection! Talk to the owner and you can get yourself a discount, they give 10% off to military and cosmetology students just let them know!

The customer service is great. I've had some difficultis in the past with service but the owner has a daughter who works there now and she is very patient and knowledgeable about extension and wigs. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. If you go I recommend you talk to Sylvia ( the owner ) or Sharon. The two other korean ladies are ok but it seems they are only nice when they think you're going to spend money.

I am very much interested to know why customers have so much different experiences!

For me, Lee's Wigs and Beauty Supply is by far the best place. The price, selection and customer service were excellent.

They are very rude! they don't like to help anyone unless you're buying $200 packs of hair.. They have horrible customer service and to top it off, they think that because you're american you don't understand korean. big mistake.

Be aware!! The owner is very rude. They try to change prices. Be aware!!!
