These guys were great! They did everything as expected. They showed up on time and made sure to explain to me every single detail. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have not had any issues with my unit and I recommend them to everyone I know!

Employees are friendly, knowledgable, proffesional, They were quick to diagnose my issue and even quicker to get it fixed. I will most definitely be going to them for all my future needs and I would also recommend them to anyone else.

One of our furnaces wasn't properly working and Ideal Climate came the following day. They diagnosed (correctly!) the problem and ordered what we needed. Unfortunately, this happened around the holidays and many suppliers weren't open and those that were didn't have what we needed. I received updates on the issue several times a week from Ideal Climate as they frequently kept us in the loop as to our situation, and we were called the same day our parts arrived. We made an appointment for repair and miraculously, they called to confirm that day and showed up on time! Our furnace works great and we've had no problems. Even received a follow up call! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again as we are very satisfied with their professionalism, courtesy and communication.

I was without heat on the coldest night El Paso has had this year. Of course I did not realized it until I got home after work. I did not know what to do.... I started calling companies off the yellow pages and I got answer. I explained my problem to the person who answered, It so happened she was working late in the office that night. She made a couple of calls and she send a tech. to my house. He worked on my heater and realized he did not have the part he needed. He left my house, so I thought he would not be back till the next morning. After an hour he came back and fixed my heater..by this time it was 11 o'clock at night. I say this person went above and beyond to help a person in need.
