Horrible people do NOT use them. They will rip you off!

They recently re-did my entire backyard (grass, retaining wall's, concrete, sprinklers)



Pro's

Very accurate on their schedule. Very timely. Brought a large crew to do things quickly. Quality work. Very fast! Spent lots of time with me on the design and brought options. Finished my whole yard in less than 1 week when other estimates ranged from 2 weeks to 1.5 months.



Con's: By far the priciest quote I received! Very "to the book", you need to write down everything you are expecting otherwise they'll nickel and dime you on things you thought were included (only one of the brothers does this). Examples of things you need to point out: Preparing the soil properly before sodding, if my plant, tree or bush dies, they gaurantee the plant but not the removal and reinstallation of it! Issues with the concrete, they'll gaurantee it by putting a new one but might charge you to demolish and remove rubble. Write all details of your discussion down and email it to them!



Overall if you are looking for something fast and well done at a cost, they are your choice. If you feel you do not know enough about the job to remember to ask for certain details you may be paying much more in the end.
