DON'T GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE!



Had been a long time customer. Took my dog to get groomed. The guy that had regularly did the job was busy and handed off to a male groomer wearing glasses. They told me that my dog would be ready by noon, it was 8:30 am when I left. At noon I called to check if my dog was ready. They told me not until 3:00pm. I called at the said time and was told, because of the high volume 5:30 pm. I called again and they said 6:00pm they just gave her a bath. I went at 6:00pm and my dog still was in the cage they lied. I took my dog and it still hadn't been groomed, it had a bath but no haircut. I paid and left, aggravated. The next day I noticed she could not use her hind legs and was in pain. I took her to the vet, they took X- Rays and said two vertebrae had been injured, and had little bone spurs,caused by the injury. The groomer with glasses hurt my dog! He is an incompetent!
