I've brought my 3 small dogs here easily 15 times over the last 2 years, so that's about 45 haircuts in total I've never had a bad experience. I especially started appreciating them and their low prices when I tried trimming my poodles hair on my own and got snapped at and noticed all the little details they do. I've never had a bad experience and the people are friendly I also appreciate how they're open on Sunday's and most holidays. Dogs are unpredictable especially when they're stressed in an unknown environment and with out their owners so I appreciate them always doing a good job and being patient with 3 dogs :)

This is the 3rd time I take my Sammy Boy for grooming. They do a good job. Very reasonable prices.

Took 3 Yorkies to Funny Dog Grooming to get there hair shaped. Upon leaving my pets I told the receptionist ." Please be sure to leave the length and shorten the hair around there eyes". They all came back with short hair and there hair was still long around eyes. When the dogs were picked up they were brought up front all at the same time by the Manager Chris and when another customer came in my 2 puppies ran out of the shop. When the pets got home I was astonished with the service I didn't get. . The manager was rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't give me the owners number and then hung up on me. My next step is go to the BB.

Worst customer service experience ever!! Took my Maggie for them to bathe and cut her fur. They cut both her ears, when I called to enquire as to why I hadn't been notified, the "manager" Abby seemed annoyed to be dealing with me, she tried to blame me for the cuts asking if there was anywhere else she could have gotten hurt (Maggie is an indoor puppy). She further questioned why it took me a couple of days to call in (took her in on a sat, noticed Monday night called Tues) I asked for someone above her and she said the owner would call.... I spoke with him just over three weeks ago, he assured me he would "get to the bottom of it and call me back" I'm still waiting on the call... Very poor customer service I will never take my girly again...and I'll make sure everyone I know takes their business elsewhere!!! (I'm giving them one star bcuz I have to, if there were negative stars I'd do that instead....)

Once we took our dog there and when we got home we noticed he had scratches and was bleeding. Especially near his private parts, from were they had shaved him too close to his skin. Do not recommend this place.

Filthy! There was thick layers of hair caked onto the bath and floors.The crates were visibly dirty. I heard her yelp from the waiting area. The person that bathed my dog rubbed shampoo in her eyes and ears,(all over her face), then hosed her face and ears essentially unintentionally, water boarding her.The groomers are very nice and caring. but the nasty conditions are unacceptable.

Friends please pass around... don't go to FUNNY DOG GROOMING!!



I dropped my puppies off at 1030 this morning and by 4 o'clock I called to find out what was taking so long... They said the machine had broken and they would call me when the dogs are ready...that should have been my first red flag. At 545 they contact me and say they're closing at 6 & I need to come get the dogs because they're ready. I get the dogs home and realize my dog's ears bleeding. Of course I tried calling but they're already closed at 6...what a coincidence.



They left her ear split in two and didn't even tell me about it. It's not just a little scratch... They sliced of a dime sized portion of the front of her ear!! I can actually see into the inside of her ear! HORRIBLE!



There is dried up blood all over the inside of her ear and some kind of powder...they must have used that to stop the bleeding. How do they think that's okay?!

They cut my cocker spaniels tail and refuse to take responsibility for it. The guy who is the owner even denies being the owner!!! If you can even believe that! Do not take your pet here so that hopefully they go back to Mexico where they belong!!!!

We took our Poodle to funny dog because the location of the groomers was fairly close to our home but the service was AWFUL ! Our poor baby came back to us with patches all over ! Where they shaved too close to her skin ... We immediately returned and demanded our money back they said NO ! They said it must have been our poodles fault she could of bitten it off .."dogs do that" she said ... Wow ok ! In less than an hr my dog couldnt have done that to herself and in places impossible to reach! ! Never ever again will we return there ! I'd rather waist my gas and go to a proper groomers.

great service, friendly staff.....Hands down one of the best on the east side of El Paso.

This place was horrible. They cut two of my dogs nails too short and we didn't realize it until we got home. There was blood all over the front seat of my car. I immediately took the dog back and he didn't even want to go into the back again. They applied some medication to the areas. I asked the manager for a refund and he told me he can't do that because accidents happen. I will never go there again and I recommend no one else does either.

I took my shih tzu pup for his first grooming here and I loved it friendly staff .. .had him back in 2 hrs and very affordable place :)
