Ms. De Leon was hired to make a comforter, dust ruffle, shams and Euro shams. She made a bed spread instead of a comforter and then refused to remeasure the mattress to ensure a proper fit. Ms. De Leon measured the mattress to begin with. She insisted that I measure because the fabric I provided was the problem.



She has been difficult to deal with, failing to deliver the "comforter" with the dust ruffle and shams. When I asked for the comforter she told me I had already picked it up and yelled at me. I had to cut the conversation short by telling her that I would be at her shop the next morning to pick up the comforter. She just had the installer take it to my car and walked away.



I would not use this business again. They are disorganized, rude, disrespectful and incompetent.

i did my $ 4000 courtains with fabric west ,i was very dissapointed because they took 4 months to do it,never got what i asked for and the owner didnt care,i had to accept different fabric also because was out of stock,and when they installed it was terrible work,they say they have been doing this for 30 years,i dont see it and worst when the owner forgets every detail you asked in your job and doesnt admit she does a unproffesional job. i paid only because a friend recomend me with them,never in my life will work again with fabric west or recomend them
