It’s was my first time using contacts! The whole new experience was scary but man did ANDREA I remember made me feel so at home and comfortable!! I loved that place, it is definitely my new eye home!! Thank you all , lovely staff!

Best optometry practice BY A MILE!

My experience here is always nothing but positive from the moment I walk through the door!

The staff is always very patient with all of my questions and answers them thoroughly. I love that they actually take the time to LISTEN to what I say THEN make recommendations based off of my NEEDS and don't just try to "up-sell" me.

Dr. McMahon is very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He truly CARES for his patients, something very rare in an optometrist.

I always find at least a few pairs of glasses that I love in their HUGE selection of frames and the staff spends as much time with me as I need to help me find a frame that's perfect for me.

Eye World is the only place I TRUST for my eye care needs.

Bottom line, GO HERE! They set the standard at a whole new level!!

The staff at Eye World were pleasantly courteous and very knowledgeable.
They offer a wide selection of frames and I wasn’t rushed to select one. I have been to other shops in and around El Paso and have never experienced such professional attention by the staff and the doctor.
Dr. McMahon’s experience in his field shined through. I felt very secure in his knowledge and recommendations.
And WOW I didn’t have to wait for days to get my prescription filled. The full service lab had my glasses ready in an hour!!! Now that’s service

I have awful vision and broke my glasses today. My usual doctor couldn't see me so I
tried this place out and thank god I did! The staff set me up an appointment for TODAY, I got to see the doctor, pick out new frames and my glasses were made in HALF AN HOUR!!! You won't find prompt quality service like this ANYWHERE else.

Dr. McMahon is now officially my permanent optometrist.
He has over 20 years of experience and it shows. Your mind will be completely at ease when your eyes are in the care of Dr. McMahon.

I recommend that anyone who isn't 100% satisfied with their doctor and staff should make the switch to Eye World.

Terrible service! I called over a month ago to make an appointment. It's been my first with them and I had some new changes to my insurance so I asked to be notified of what would be covered, they were A ok with that and told me I would be called back about a week before my appointment. The day before my appointment someone called to confirm it and I said I'd been waiting on a call to see what would be covered and they said they would have someone call back by the end of the day, nothing again. So I called the following day and they told me I should've called my insurance myself and that they couldn't tell me anything because I missed my appointment! My insurance said the same thing you need to call the office and be sure that they don't just offer discounts because my insurance covers different things at different places. They lack accountability

I was extremely happy with my experience at Eyeworld! they explained benefits to me prior to my appointment, theyhelped me pick out my glasses and also had them ready that same day. the gentleman that helped me with my glasses explained in detail what material he was going to make my glasses with and made it very clear as to what I was purchasing! he himself made my glasses and personally called to let me know when they were ready. definitely recommend the doctors office!!

These people are rude! No good customer service AT ALL! I had an appointment, didn't get seen for almost an hour and a half. Terrible.

Made an appointment then had to reschedule due to unforseen circumstance, then got a call to confirm the wrong day. I thought I fixed the problem showed up to the appointment and was again given the wrong time. I noticed that the staff was argumentative at that point. Will not go there again!

What a nightmare! Employees arguing in front of customers, and took me weeks to see Dr. McMahon that my prescription was given incorrectly and was given a refund on frames only! Don’t bother

I went to get an eye exam for contacts charge me $260 didn't get right contacts and didn't even get a prescrition and didn't get money back.
