Bathrooms on left wing of the Hospital are disgusting dirty! At only 6:00 am you would expect clean toilets. In my opinion a bathroom in a hospital represents the cleanliness of the entire hospital. There was dried up pee stains on the seat as well as the floor. Here are some pictures of how gross they are even after I tried to wipe them down with a towel. Needless to say I did not use that gross toilet!

I've had two joint-replacement surgeries at this hospital and have received excellent care from the CNAs, RNs and MDs. Unfortunately, I was assaulted by an employee while lying in bed recovering from my most recent operation. After the incident occurred, I was informed that he had done this to other patients who were under his care. The hospital has not satisfactorily responded to the incident, so I will be filing a report with both the police and the state board. Due to these circumstances, I can no longer recommend this most exceptional facility.

My son was a patient. Attending medical staff was satisfactory. Billing has been an utter nightmare!!! I never received a statement, just phone calls to let me know my account was past due. I was then told my address had been submitted incorrectly. I paid through the Patient Payment Portal and payments were lost(?). I am now receiving phone calls from a second billing service for the same visit, still no original statement mailed to my residence. The hospital is convenient, we live very near Murchison. I have three boys who are accident prone, but will make the drive elsewhere!

I've had to several surgeries over the past couple of years. El Paso Specialty Hospital has been there every step of the way and their staff has helped me recover and regain my feet. They have excellent doctors, I recommend them.

Dr. Jackson is my trusted doctor. Him and his team have been wonderful! They're the best, most skilled, and trusted medical professionals. I highly recommend El Paso Specialty Hospital.

I just want to thank the entire staff at EP Specialty I was very sick and the staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions! I think they must be from heaven because not one person was rude or bothered. They all were ready to help me whenever I needed their help.

The nurses and staff were very friendly and professional. They really knew what they were doing and were very prompt in answering my buzzer and answering my questions. Everything from admitting, to pre-op and post pre-op...the entire process was excellent. The food was great...I'd eat there everyday if I could. I recommend El Paso Specialty Hospital for anyone who needs orthopaedic surgery.

The facility is very nice and very comfortable. I was well taken care of, and the food was excellent. It was a very good experience.
