Horrible business, extremely unprofessional, do not live up to their promises nor stand by their work. RIPOFF! No-shows on 6 different scheduled appointments...STAY AWAY!

El Paso Custom Iron Works responded quickly to my call. I needed a gate completed, and Sergio did so in a timely manner. The custom design is beautiful and was cheaper than a "plain" gate from other Iron Works companies. I called seven different companies for an estimate. 2 were more expensive, 2 didn't answer, 2 didn't call me back after they said they would and one didn't speak english, so we couldn't communicate.

Bad Customer Service!!! Scheduled an appointment for measurements for a gate. No one showed up and no courtesy call letting us know no one was coming. Had to call them to find out

I heard about the company from a friend who had used them before. I called them and Sergio came by and gave us an estimate. We contacted several other companies and either their estimates were higher or they didn't return our phone call. With El Paso Custom Iron Works, I felt important and they listened to what I asked for. The workmanship is great. I got my money's worth. I submitted an inquiry through the website and received a reply the same day. I scheduled a FREE estimate with Sergio for the very next day. I was completely involved in the planning and design of my security door and window guards. I was so impressed with the quality and workmanship, that I hired El Paso Custom Iron Works to create a new spiral staircase for me as well. I have referred several friends to them and no one has left unsatisfied.
