Time for new groomers. Doggy dearest on resler manager Ceci flipped and yelled at my dog peeing out of nervousness... "DON'T let him!! I'm telling you to pick him up!!!" you do realize you work at a groomers where he's smelling tons of other dogs and he's nervous, I can't pick him up mid pee. Super and unnecessary rudeness.

I've been doing business with Doggie Dearest for 10 years. I've never had any issues and they are always polite and on time with our dogs. I would highly recommend this groomer and don't mind paying cash because as a business owner I understand how hard it can be dealing with hot check writers and complainers. Never have we had any issues.

I took my dog here in Aug 2013. They had him hours longer than was scheduled but still never bathed or completed his trim and he was the only dog in there that day. I finally went there to see what was going on and he was up on a table barking like a maniac. The girl rushes out to me and says "I swear no one has abused him!" I personally went into the back and retrieved my dog and informed the girl there would be no compensation for whatever she thought she had accomplished. When I arrived home my dog drank two (2) full bowls of water! The next day I myself finished his cut. And bathed him. This place does not deserve even one star. Awful!

Horrendous, the ASPCA should look into this place! TERRIBLE, cut my dog, my dog smells, she was traumatized. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS, DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE!!! HORRIBLE!!!

I believe in supporting small local businesses but not when their practices are unsafe. I was foolish to trust a place that didn't ask for shot records. Now my dog has a nasty ear infection and he came back with nicks and scrapes on his neck and belly. Add to that their rudeness because you want to explain what you want.

Very Rude! Don't go there, very unprofessional employees. I was very disappointed with the way they treated me and my doggie. I rather pay more for a good service.

Business does not accept credit cards. They do not tell you this on the phone before you get there. Had they told me on the phone, I would either gotten cash before going or not gone at all. When asked why they don' t take credit cards, employees become very defensive and rude. Not going again.

I have used Doggie Dearest several times and have been very happy! They are very friendly and really make an effort to do a great job grooming my dogs! I think their prices are good and care for my dogs and service is great!

Very expensive and unfriendly staff.
