not EVEN one star. this is just a crying shame.you will see many great reviews of del prado prior to 2012. this place has gone thru a change of ownership and three -- THREE -- changes of "management" ha -- management -- since jan 2012. this is NOT the del prado one would have recognized even in 2011. sad. people who've been here at least 3 years are in tears that we must fine a new home.they've painted the BRICKS -- yes -- painted BRICK -- blood red. same with our front fountain. they're painting ceilings and DOORS BLOOD RED. when does it end?meanwhile, the place is crumbling and repairs are not made. dumpsters? look for them and hope you find them. they change in number, location and size. automatic gates -- let's not even get into that.replacement door handles-- our good ones taken away and replaced with cheap ones put on upside down and holes left in the doors. it's all too unreal.
