The man who came to the house was professional who was skilled and courteous. He did a great job. I appreciated his expertise, professionalism, and promptness.

Terrible service! The guy (there were supposed to be two) was violently throwing the hose around, dropping my things in the process, leaving pools of water on my floor and almost broke my 60in flatscreen by backing into it with his machine! On top of that, the whole debacle of a "cleaning" took less than 15 minutes! He also quoted me the day before for $40 and ended up charging me $70! And even though he said he took checks the day before, as I started writing it out he said he could only take cash since it was a Saturday! He had to follow me to the bank as I withdrew money and thankfully that was the end of this horrendous ordeal! Homeowners Beware! Danny's Carpet Cleaning may seem like a good deal but they will rip you off, break your stuff, and not even clean your carpet that well!!!
