This company built a pool on the west side NO INSPECTION'S!!!!!!!
Call the city permit office!!!
Pool has to be torn out structural un sound !!
Bad wiring , plumbing and so on!!!!

Overall rating for Cost Plus pools is excellent , very professional courteous understanding of our needs , even if we changed our minds on certain designs , he was willing to work with us, and the cost fit nicely with the budget I had in mind,
I would recommend this company to my friends!!

I absolutely love the quatlity of work that went into building my pool, hot tub and fire place! The owner is exceptional and any time I habe any questions or concerns, he is available either in person or over the phone to help me!

Cost Plus Pools has always been there anytime we any type of issue with our pool that they installed. Im currently deployed and our pump was having a issue so he came over and fixed it free of charge and helped my wife shock it (nothing was wrong with the pump just the lid was loose). We were having problems with our pool vacuum and he came over and replaced some parts on the vacuum free of charge. Ever since day one Sal from Cost Plus Pools always gone above and beyond for my families pool. Jason

The owner of Cost Plus Pools thinks he walks on water and is above the law. Obviously he needs to see the inside of a court room. He sold us a poorly built pool which cracked, drops tiles more than I can keep up with, doesn't bother to return calls for days or weeks (it depends on his mood). He then sends people who cannot even speak English to do sub-par work. I don't see how the city is passing any inspections on this man's work. It's been over a year and we STILL do not have locks installed on our gates (city requirement?). RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! AND RUN FAST! I should have went with the other contractor, then at least I'd have a pool I could use.

Learn from my experience. I rented this house for 12 months from the owner of this business during which time the A/C unit quit working twice. The first time it took 4 days for the landlord to have a service technician repair it and the second time it took 2 days. The temperatures inside the house were over 100 degrees. I moved out at the end of June and the landlord has not refunded my $1500 deposit and will not reply to my texts or emails, so he clearly intends to keep it. This gentleman also owns a pool company called Cost Plus Pools in El Paso so you may want to think twice before doing business with them.
