I have never had anything but a great time at the Comic Strip. Maybe you complainers should just buy a ticket and support them if you want "Vip", really it was a free ticket and you're complaining that the paying customers get better seats? Just don't go there you certainly don't deserve any better. I love that place and so do all my friends.

Booked online and got the best seats in the house. Service was great and the comics were even better. Even though I had never heard of the comics previously, it was still a fantastic time. I would highly recommend this establishment for a night out on the town.

I attended with a group who had free passes and we were treated diferently than paying customers. We were not allowed to make reservations, sit where we wanted, and save spots for our friends. We were attempting to gave a good evening with spouces who are leaving to Iraq on their 3rd tour. Needless to say we did not feel very welcomed, however the comedians were great. I would rather not attend or recommend someone to this place, especially if its free,

Some family and I attended a weekend show that turned into a disaster. Our drinks got mixed up, tabs confused with another table's, we tried clearing the incident but staff, and manager were very rude and told us if we were not happy with the service to leave, feeling helpless we decided to leave. (We did not get our money back and show had not started) I would definitely not recommend this place.

So far this is the only place where one can see a local or very famous comedian. I have visited the comic strip for over 10 years and their service is by far the worst ever. They used to serve food, which was not very appetizing, now they don't serve any. I got mailed some free tickets for my birthday so I decided to give the new spot a chance. I called and made my reservation and brought along family, friends, and my boyfriends co-workers that are service men for US Army. We got there and were told the reservation was in the back and could not move to the front because that was for paying customers. We were not allowed to put our tables together, they charge for water (tap water in a cup not bottled!!), staff was always in a hurry and very unwelcoming. Finally our guests began to arrive but at some point of the night 'free' passes were not allowed so embarrassingly enough a majority of them had to pay for tickets. We were also approached and told to give up our table for paying customers even after repeated times we advised them our friends were in line. Needless to say I would have preferred to pay for our tickets to sit where we would have liked and to have had our reservation Reserved. The night followed by some great comedians and eventually had a great time but not too sure if it was worth the embarrassment we went thru!
