Outstanding service and quality work! We contacted CTI to add a wine and coffee bar to our kitchen. We were so impressed. This is what professionalism looks like. The owner, Joseph arrived when he said he would; he helped us create a concrete design, was able to troubleshoot (depth restrictions, odd placements, crooked walls, plumbing/electrical issues, etc.) finish the job ahead of schedule and on budget, match the existing cabinetry, and took care to protect our home from damage along the way. We have already hired him again for a bathroom cabinet and will continue to use his services.

These previous reviews are scams! Note the reviewers similarities with names & nonsense log-ins as well as the time frames (all within 6 weeks)...Joseph is the best at what he does..he is honest & integrity is his mission! He has tiled my entire house over the years, remodeled my kitchen (cabinets, granite countertops, etc.) and 1 of my bathrooms. Anyone who wants to see his work is welcome to come see it at my home! He is quick, efficient, and never skimps on quality of workmanship! He also has installed wood laminate flooring & built 2 entertainment centers for me. The cabinetry he installed in my kitchen he also made, stained & finished. Gorgeous! If you want quality work at a fair price, he's your guy! He also is very community involved, and he & his wife open their home every year to military men without local family for Thanksgiving. He was featured in the Ft. Bliss newspaper a few years ago to commend him for his involvement.

He doesn’t start the job on the date he gives you.

He rushes to do the job because he started late and wants to move on to the next job.

He doesn't use spacers to install the floor and doesn’t pay attention to how the floor is going to layout.

He gets upset when he is asked to redo the work that he did wrong.

He broke the moldings around the door frames of my house. They are going to have to be replaced.

He cut too much from the bottom of the moldings and did not fill those empty spaces with the grout.

He started the installation of the bathroom floor from the far wall and ended up with a crooked floor and big gaps as you enter the bathroom.

He did not put tile on one of the corners in the bathroom. Instead, he filled the space with grout.

He put cement on one of the walls and did not smooth it out. Instead he left his hand print there.

The tile that goes on top of the tub is not lined up correctly because he refuses to use spacers to do the job right.

The caulking that he put on the shower tile cracked in less than a week.

If you pay him before the job is done, he will not come back to finish what needs to be fixed. He will only give you dates on when he is going to come back to finish the job, but he never shows up again.

He will also say to you that you can buy all the materials under his name so that you can get his discount. What he doesn't tell you is that he will not give you the receipt or a copy of the receipt from the store.
