Cesar Juarez who is the owner of C & J (construction) Acoustical Ceilings brought his son Cesar Juarez Jr. to perform electrical repairs in our home while they were remodeling. After he started cutting cables, he was not able to repaired them. We stayed 2 days without electricity in the kitchen area. We found out that he is not licensed and is offering his services without being a legal electrician. Someone else came back to help him repair the mistakes but the job was never completed and we had to pay someone else to repair at least the most important parts. We still have 4 non-working outlets and 3 lights not turning on. The owner Mr. Juarez, added a new ladder to our attic and was not installed correctly, the results were a twisted ankle. The remodeling was never finish in our home. He sent one of his employees to finish some repairs and he tried to steal material from us, we catches him thru our surveillance cameras and confront him. When we did, he replied Mr. Juarez asked him to steal material so he could finish repairing another house he was going after he was done in ours. Mr. Juarez refused to give us receipts for the money he received from us. Mr. Juarez claims in his business card to be insured and bonded but we find out that he works without having insurance for his business or his employees. We tried fixing the problem with Mr. Juarez and he refused to respond for his business, we had no other choice but to report him. We even told him what we were going to do if he wouldn't respond back but he still didn't care and had no intent to act or be responsible.
