I've used their services in the with no problem, recently I took my edge trimmer for service and when I went to pick it up they couldn't find it. Then they tell that it looks like they had a break in and they took my trimmer, so I asked ok so what are you going to do to replace my trimmer. I was told they were going to notify the police and there's nothing they can do because " they have a policy that they are not responsible for theft or fire" , bunch of crock! So one day I have a trimmer and next I don't!!!! I think if I leave my equipment in their hands they should be responsible, don't they have insurance to protect their customers.So if you value your equipment, don't take it there.

I just want to retract my original comment, after I recently got a call for bobs small engine repair, they had recovered my trimmer and was returned to me, good job!!

Took our lawnmower to them. We had no clue what was the matter with it. They could have really gouged us, but no they cleaned it up, sharpened the blade, etc.. and charged us under $50.00. I thoroughly recommend you take any of your small engines there. You will not be sorry. Most honest, friendly people we have dealt with in many years.

Always friendly and helpful staff with excellent service and great prices. I have been taking my lawn mower to them for 8 years and always had a great experience.
