in January 2017 We filed a claim with USAA and they were not willing to help. We finally filed a second claim with the help of Blue Diamond. We contacted several roofing companies to get a quote. We finally went with Blue Diamond. Carlos did an amazing job. The first crew that was used did not live up to the Blue Diamond standards. Carlos kept his word and went above and beyond the call to ensure that we were completely satisfied. (Repainted House, fixed broken solar lights which was a loss to the company and Carlos ensured that he fixed everything. He is a Man of His Word.)
Fast forward to August. We had some rain and small leaks in our attic. We called Blue Diamond and Jerry and Carlos came out to look. Within a couple of days the issues were fixed. We are working with this company again to build an outdoor kitchen and covered porch. If you want to go with a Company that is Respectful, Responsible and honest then go with Blue Diamond and Carlos. This is the only company we will contact for any further roofing or construction from here on out.
