Super inpuntual,te pone una cita y llega tarde,no le importa Si estubistes mas due dos horas esperando el the dise miles de escusas,pero nunca lo ases sentir que el es el impuntual,no lo recomiendo,non hay abogado barato asi que mejor pagar por alguien que sea puntual

Don't bother. Its a waste of time and money. You are better off representing yourself in court.

Mr. Mena is a compassionate and considerate person who is out there to fight for justice. I would recommend him as a lawyer since he has so much experience and is a people person.

Absolute worst lawyer ever! Unfortunately I saw his negative reviews after I paid him. -you will never be able to reach him directly-He takes several days to call you back-He always has some way of making you feel your case is in good hands but doesnt explain what his approach would be in handling it. -He will always try and end a phone conversation with you as fast as possible. Especially when you start asking questions. -He probably should be disbarred. I eventually contracted someone else while Daniel Mena was supposedly "working" on my case and had my evidence presented to the prosecutor during the time when I was told by Mr. Mena that the prosecutor was going to be out of town for a few days. ....low and behold my other agent reached the prosecutor personally and supplied evidence and received a dismissal of the case. Mr. Mena eventually called me back 5 days later to tell me he talked to the prosecutor and he declined my case. ...the he'll he did.... I wasted $2000 on this joke of an attorney. If I could leave no stars for his rating I would! Public Defenders are more hard working, honest, and skilled than this scammer.

I too have had a bad experience working with this attorney. My case was reset numerous times, when we did finally have a hearing, the items discussed in his office were not addressed in the court room. When I asked about it, he replied that the Judge "would not go for it" so he didnt want to bring address it. He does not return my calls; I have resorted to scheduling appointments just to find out the status of my case but he or his secretary will call and cancel. I recently attended a hearing, but when I arrived I was told by the court that my attorney reset it (I wasted my time going). I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. As far as I am concerned, I lost my money as I will probably have to hire someone else to finish the work.

I strongly agree with the first review. Do not go with this lawyer he will take your money & will not move a finger. He will not prepare you for court & pretend everything will be alright. If you find another lawyer he will not want to give your file & then pretend that he can't find so he won't give you your money back.

He is a horrible attorney.....he's never availabe in the office to talk to you. You have to go visit him in his office even if its a quick simple question. He's over priced and is late 99% of the time to the hearings. He makes you feel like he has the case in his hands with no problems and when the hearing comes around, he makes you look like a fool in court and no problems that you wanted discussed get discussed. PLEASE BELIEVE ME and find another attorney, he's not worth it.
