Provided by YP.comI have had problems with my fridge for 1 month now, and this guys are just a JOKE to say the least, they just can't make the fridge work properly 3 different technicians and NOTHING YET there customer services is the worst and there service very very unreliable. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THIS GUYS ARE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Provided by YPmobileDon't waste your time with these idiots you will wait a month or more to get your appliances to get fix!! They are very rude. They set you up with an appointment and they dont even show up or even call you. Save yourself time and money!!!

Provided by YP.comThese guys are very rude!!!! Don't call them or hire them. They have very bad service and very bad customer service. They don't have respect for no one. Been waiting for them for 3 weeks to fix a stove. All they can tell you is you have to wait two to three weeks whether we like it or not!!!

Provided by YP.comWorst customer service ever echoed again and again. I contacted Ameri-Tech because supposedly it was an LG authorized service center for my washer. They did not want to cover the warranty part I needed and was told after the fact of paying that they were not doing LG warranty services. I contacted LG which contacted Ameri-Tech and the part was to be authorized. Im still waiting for Ameri-Tech to contact me........

Provided by YP.comWorst customer service ever. We had to wait an entire month for repair. Spoke to the owner about the parts he was waiting on which were shipped and said if it made me feel better he could try tracking the parts...really if it made me feel better....pathetic to think that it was the actual owner who said this to a customer. I have never had this poor of customer service and lack of professionalism from a company in town. Needless to say we will not use them again. We were directed to them by our warranty group. I can't even justify the 1 star rating but had to click on it just so that it will save my rating.

Provided by YP.comPlease i have been waiting for months for a repair. the tech broke a part in my refrigerator and it has been a month later. Ice maker still does not work and part still broken. I call and they say some will call back. it has been over a month and I'm still playing these games. Very unprofessional experience!!!!!!!!! My next step is legal action.

Provided by YP.comAmazing! They fixed my refrigerator when no one else could. They scheduled, came, and fixed it all on the same day. Will only use them.

Provided by YP.comwe had an appointment set for 11:00 to 1:00 ,the technition showed up at 11:30 ,we were impresed. our refrigerator was not cooling . the repair man found the problem within 5 minutes gave us a estimate and had it cooling with in 30 minutes. we will tell all of our friends and family to call this company, great job!!!
