I am a real estate agent who recently hired AAA Home & Termite Inspections when I was purchasing a property for myself. From start to finish, they exhibited the utmost professionalism and expertise. The inspection report was incredibly detailed, complete with clear photos and explanations of any issues discovered. It was well-organized and easy to understand, making it simple to address any concerns with the seller. Overall, I highly recommend Isaac and his team to anyone in need of a home inspection. Their professionalism, thoroughness, and warranties gave me great peace of mind!!

If I could give them a no star rating I would. The inspectors were highly unprofessional and ruined the baseboards in my home, taking it upon themselves to pry them away from the wall. This resulted in warped baseboards and chipped paint on both the baseboards and the walls. When confronted about the damage they caused, the inspector, claimed he had every right to damage my property. I filed a complaint against his license with the Texas Real Estate Commission, and was just informed today that the inspector was completely out of line and would be issued an advisory letter. The letter was to inform him and the company that the Commission was concerned with their actions and that as inspectors they are expected to conduct all real estate activities in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate License Act.

""Whoever is reading this think twice before using AAA Home&Termite Inspection"". Issac Quezada put on a good show but did not do what I paid him to do. Issac inspected the roof and said it was In good shape, well when it rained a few weeks later the whole roof leaked. I paid for the termite inspection and was advised be Issac of minor damage to the far back room and laundry room. Well the whole kitchen and ceiling were infested with mud tunnels and wood damage. Now I asked Issac after he left is he could please return because we noticed some damage to the bathroom and he replied with Oh! thats just water damage. Well no water damage here the whole bathroom had termite damage. The kitchen shut off valves were broken and the water heater was leaking gas Now if Issac Quezada did his job like I paid him too I'm positive I wouldn't have bought this house. So now I'm stuck fixing and rebuilding the whole kitchen, bathroom and re roofing the whole roof and everything else I've mentioned.

Issac was very helpful and professional. He answered all questions and gave solid advice on the repairs we needed. I would recommend to anyone purchasing a new home
