Been sitting here for an hour but for 25 mins of that I got to sit in a room that was so dusty and nasty no reading material and you want me to sit in there um no thank you all because they are waiting for a room to open like I'll wait in the waiting room next time that wasn't cool at all and I've been coming here for yrs now not happy at all and still waiting to see the Dr, and ask me to be here 15 mins early when I don't even see the Dr for almost two hours I have better things to do then wait 2 hours to see my primary care physician and there Isn't anyone here maybe 6 people total and I have to wait I'm yeah ready to walk out. I'm just here for referrals for physical therapy amd med updates so hello really

stay away from them. you get bills for visits from 4 months ago. they dont give you any itemized bill on your exit of what you owe and when you receive a bill in the mail..it comes as kind of a shock...so you pay it and think your done and then 4 months later you receive another bill for the same visit saying you still owe more money. then when you call the billing service...(the place is located in florida and is a private company that is hired by them to collect) they cant tell you what your bill is for but that you owe. why have a number to florida when my service was done at el mirage i'll never understand. they then tell you that your bill was on being reviewed by copa care and thats why it takes so long and wasnt sent to them until the review was done. but then they tell you they had a copy of your itemized bill from the original date. so theres a nice big contradictory lie. how come i never got an itemized bill from the start? . every one knows some how what i owe, but me. and now im expected to pay when they want however long after service they want because i was never breifed on what price im responsible for and at this point they could rack as many charges they want after because i never got an original. so they basically lie and they have no set fee for services performed. they do not tell you what you owe or provide you with any invoices with the amount you owe. they keep your account open and literally decide to send out a bill for "another "service that was performed at the time that you were unaware of but some how responsible for when they want. there is no customer rights at this place to expect an accurate billing statement with in a reasonable time period even though your expected to pay asap. and whenever they want for as long as they want without ever relinquishing what your services cost at the time of being seen. its fraudulent and im fighting it.

BAD! BAD! BAD!!!

IDon't go here if you have a choice. Being new to the valley & this office being close to my home, I chose it. They are rude and don't seem to keep to any kind of schedule or try to help their patients.

They also want you to come in for appointments when they want you to, not when you do. Two weeks ago, I needed a prescription refill and the doctor refused to refill it without seeing me. I thought this was unreasonable but accepted it. Today, I was worried about my blood sugar being high, I am insulin intolerant, called the office and was told that if the Dr was concerned about my Blood sugar, she would have called me. I tried to explain my symptoms and the nurse that I had been transferred to just kept saying that the Dr did not need to see me. I can't figure out how the Dr can determine todays blood sugar from old bloodwork. With this kind of treatment, I am better off not having a Dr.

Don't go here

My appointment was at 3:45pm and I ended up leaving after they were closed at 6:15! Most of the time I was waiting for the doctor because he was having a "problem" with something. He was an older man, slurred-like speech & bloodshot eyes. He couldn't keep the thing in my infants ear to look in his ear. Then he was looking in the baby's nose with it and the baby moved, but the doctor didn't move, so he was just sitting there looking at my son's cheek thinking he was still in his nose. Then the nurse didn't even know which shots she was supposed to give him, even after I told her. She had to re-write the shot record about 4 times.
