Poor service will never go to that recycling center again do not go there they have poor customer service they're rude they don't know how to treat their customers know prices on metal and no receipt after ward

Horrible, at my business complex we have a dumpster through them. They do come and pick it up but they constantly are fighting with us. They move the dumpster every timeout of its spot and never put it back. Its like war, they have removed 2 wheels then all the wheels and every time we still move it, once again its out in the parking lot. we made it so they could get it through the alley behind us months ago due to them stating there truck couldn't pick it up in the alcove but yet they refuse to pick it up there. even better they tag up the dumpster with huge letters that say "don't move" or "must face east" Its ridiculous. Do not do business with them ever.

The positive: Auerbach Waste pricing is good. Everything else: From my experience, there is very little organization or explanation of charges. I purchased (2) 18 yard dumpsters (concrete, dirt, rock only) for a recent excavation project. I was told each one would be $300.00 up to 10 tons. I was told there would be no overcharges. I then received a bill for $547.60 for just one of the dumpsters. I called into the office to inquire about the over charges. I was told that the entire dumpster was classified as "trash" when dropped off at the dump. I was told that even if a soda can was placed on top (after it left my property during transport) and the cameras at the dump noticed it, the entire dumpster would be considered trash. Additionally, every ton over 4 tons would then be charged at $40.00 / ton. I took pictures of the dumpsters before they were picked up to avoid a situation like this. The pictures were sent over to Auerbach but I never heard back. I received my credit card statement in the mail and noticed not only was I overcharged for the one dumpster, I was still charged the original $300.00 as well. What should have been a $600.00 total bill between the two dumpsters turned into a $1,147.60 bill ($300.00 + $300.00 + $547.60). After spending additional time working with Brenda, she was finally able to reverse the $547.60 charge. I would be very cautious doing business with Auerbach and just giving your credit card number over the phone with no authorization formally signed.

My business has had this service for a little over a year now. They always pickup when scheduled and the prices haven't increased. I haven't needed to call them for anything in the last year because they hold up their end of the deal. I had Saguaro previously and they kept jacking up the price and missing my dumpster, but not with Auerbach. I'm very pleased. No contract either which is convenient, but I will not be terminating anytime soon. Cheapest prices in town, beat Saguaro by $25/month (probably more now due to saguaro price increases). Recommended. Why pay outrageous prices to have trash picked up, go with Auerbach first and support small businesses. Cancel if you have any problems, but I personally have not.
