Exceptional! Excellent customer service, extremely prompt, responsive, professional, skilled, reasonably priced, and friendly. Can you ask for anything more? We had an older lock break on an outside door. I called El Dorado Hills Locksmith , and after sending a photo and specifics about the lock, they sent someone in less than 30 minutes. The lock was replaced at a reasonable charge and the locksmith was very helpful and professional. I would call them anytime and recommend them to EVERYONE!!!
