I absolutely love Jeremy and Elaine at our local State Farm office. They have saved us THOUSANDS of dollars by fighting to get us the best rates possible and they always take the time to understand our unique needs. Our old insurance company treated us like a number... There was no personal connection, we spoke to a different representative each time we called and nobody genuinely cared about our business. Jeremy and Elaine not only care about keeping our business, but they care about us on a personal level too. Each time I call, it's more like friends chatting than a business transaction. I honestly couldn't be happier with the rates and customer service that we have received!
