Saw the comment about the eyelashes and I was surpriesed by the customers comment. Mycelle has been my stylist since 2008 has been great. In fact everyone who works in that Salon are wonderful they have excellent customer service. They were so helpful in accomodating all my wedding party for hair and make up. Thank you!

I'm very dissatisfied and i don't recommend this place, i got my hair cut there yesterday and the lady took it upon herself to make my bangs smaller and thinner, i did not want her opinion to reflect on my hair if i did not ask for it i said i wanted layers & A TRIM on my side sweep bangs, i know what looks good and works for me. Now my bangs are cut way to thin and i can't do anything to fix them i tried straightening and curling them, they just end up a big mess. to top it off my lengths on my layers are all uneven. ALSO when i first got there to get my hair washed she put me were some lady just had her hair cleaned! talk about unsanitary, plus the chair i sat at still had hair on it...yuck...never again.

Been going there for about 4 years. Lulu does a fantastic job! Cut, color, style, whatever I need, she's a pro! Always able to accommodate me, as I live outta town and call for appts at different hours. Rosie does a great job with eyelashes as well! I highly recommend her.

I would definetely not recommend styles & smiles if you're going there for eyelash extensions. For starters she (Mychelle) did not apply them right and what I am most upset about is she cut off some of my natural eyelashes by accident even after I told her to not cut the fake eyelashes once they were on my natural ones. Unfortunately, eyelashes do not grow back and I hate what I am left with! I definetely do not recommend it there.
