Service man phoned ahead to let me know how soon he would be arriving. He was totally friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.

The service technician was timely and informative. Although he cleaned and serviced our washing machine he did not resolve the issue...a possessed machine that walks around the laundry room during the spin cycle. So far that is four visits by a Sears technician, nearly $500 in repairs and service calls yet we still have a noisy earth shattering walking washing machine!

Excellent service. Very professional. Living in a rural community is hard to get service in....that is what surprised me so. My washer was acting so bad and Sears Service Protection saved my day including my washer. Fast, convenient and worth every penny. I will now always deal with El Centro's Sears Service Center.

My Technician called when he was on his way, arrived on time with the correct part in his truck & completed my repair in a timely manner. He was polite and professional and I personally want to thank him. My dryer works perfect!! Thank you!

He did arrive on time, but didn't really do anything. My machine is making a very loud noise which he eventually told me was normal for a water pump. First, he told me it was because there were a few suds in there. Then he said it was just breaking itself in, it was normal. I'm quite sure suds would never make a loud grinding noise. I'm also quite sure it should have "broken in" well before now. It's a couple years old. Also, I am quite sure that is not a normal noise. The machine never made that noise when it was new. I'm guessing the water pump is on it's way out and will eventually be broken for good, then when I need it repaired, the warranty will be up. It was all pretty ridiculous. He spent about 15 minutes here to let me know that my machine making this horrible noise was perfectly normal. Between this washer and my dumb dishwasher I don't think I will buy Kenmore again. It used to be good appliances and good service. It's all going downhill.

The guy did show up on time but he didn't bring a ladder so he didn't check the part of the AC that is in the crawl space/attic. I don't know how a full inspection of my AC system could be done if he didn't check out the whole system.

Excellent service. On time, quick, knowledgeable, courteous and reasonably priced. Great asset for the back country.
