Absolutely horrible service. Sent a technician that could not speak English, caused water damage to my home and refused to fix it, took food out of my refrigerator located in my garage, created a huge mess in my bathroom and didn't clean it up, and filled out carbon paper reports on the hood of my vehicle causing scratches on it. I called the company seven days in a row before the service manager called me back. The company backtracked out from everything and refused to take responsibility for what they had done. I will never use this company again.

Install work great,, guys know what they are doing. Clean and professional work.



Price reasonable, quality of work and equipment is worth it.



Customer serivce,, really needs improvement, lacks customer notification in the event of date change in a service call and ther is no follow-up after the sale/ install is done. No one from the office comes back or calls to ask.



Will recommand to others but with the warning.

R&K did an excellent job in replacing the air conditioner at our house. R&K's price was as low as any of the bids I received, plus their unit had a higher energy efficiency rating. The installation went great and the new unit cools our house really well. The new unit is so quite I can hardly believe it. Really great people to do business with.
