Ronnie is without a doubt one of the most professional and knowledgeable in this industry that I've ever dealt with. She answered my phone calls and emails any time of the day, made me feel comfortable to ask any question relating to buying a home or the closing process. I am extremely lucky to have worked with them and will definitely continue to refer family and friends for refinancing and purchasing. Plus closed in 14 days!

This place is very unprofessional and unorganized, they are all over the place and will prolong your loan process. Veronica, the branch manager is always busy and will never answer your calls. If you are in escrow, this could potentially hurt you as a buyer. The assistants are not experienced and will get mixed up with your documentation. The branch manager (Veronica) was very rude on the phone after I brought up all this to her attention, she told me that she had already spoken to her assistant to fix this miscommunication issue, but it was me that had fault on it for not following up. To me, this makes no sense! I continuously sent documents and never received a confirmation call or a follow up call to ask for new set of documents. I had to be after them and leaving voicemails and messages at the front desk, they return the calls a week later and tell you it's your fault. Beware of this people! Save your time and money and go somewhere else. My realtor had to refer me to someone else because he agreed on the level of unprofessionalism they have here. You have a better chance calling corporate than dealing with them directly.
