I had zero experience with Jared. I called him three times, he called me back once and I never heard from him again.

Zero professionalism!

My home warranty set up a service repair for my garage door to be on Monday. Supposedly it was going to take 24 hours from him to reach out. I waited the 24 hours and he didn't call. I decided to call him the following 3 days until he answered on Wednesday. He had arranged to set up a visit that same day at 5pm and didn't show up. I called him Wednesday at 530pm and didn't answer. I waited Thursday for him to reach out to me and did not do it. I called my home warranty Friday, they called him directly and send him an email and he didn't response at all.

If you want your garage door to be inspected or repair, probably expect the same service he had with me.
