My husband I were having trouble with our car. We had to have it towed from Jucumba to El Centro. We had to stay over night and are from AZ. We went there when they first opened that morning to have a diagnostic test done. Then they did another test for the engine. He was very helpful. He knew we where stranded. When we discovered he couldn't help us because we blew our engine. We were just overwhelmed. Thomas called all around to find us a truck and trailer to haul our vehicle home. The shop was very busy, they were two hours behind. Then he had one of his co-workers drive us to enterprise. They were awesome even though they couldn't fix my car.Thank you Thomas and Pep boys!

Bad service

Take my car for a quick diagnose and two hours later they haven't even check what's going on with my car... If their technicians decide to have a lunch you will have to wait. Never come back to this place.
