Dr. Kapoor herself is fine. Dealing with the office staff/nurses has been a nightmare. I've been talked about in Spanish. I'm Mexican myself and they were apparently fooled by my married name.

In general, there is a total disregard for time. We had our most recent and LAST appointment today. We waited 2 hours for a well-baby check up. By the time the shot tray and nurse entered our room, my 1 year old was already fed up. There was zero communication (as usual) and my daughter was given a finger prick. There was no slide on the shot tray. My husband had to hold her bloody hand while the nurse went to go get one. The shots were not explained before she began injecting my daughters legs. She couldn't even put a bandaid on. I left with blood trickling down my babies legs and all over my arms. It was ridiculous.

I love bringing my daughter here...tv's in all the rooms helps to keep her occupied...
