Tried to commit insurance fraud on my keyboard/Clavinova. Extremely unethical practices.

Randy Jarvis tried to commit insurance fraud with the policy on my Clavinova. He was charging me $100.00/hr to fix my keyboard when I found out later, it was free warranty repair through Yamaha. Throughout my 3 months of constantly chasing him down on the phone, he got my serial # from my instrument & told me that he contacted Yamaha & that it wasn't covered & I had to pay $100/hr for him to fix it (after he asked about my ins.). I couldn't afford that on a U.S. Marine salary, so I called Yamaha to see if there were some alternatives to using Randy. She asked for my serial number & informed me that my keyboard was under warranty & that Randy had already ordered it from her in May (the phone calls and chasing Randy had gone into the beginning of July). I told Randy what I had found out & he made an appointment to come out and fix it. He didn't show up on time. He was 3 hours late AFTER I called him to find him. He tried to charge me $50 to put back in the screws. I refused. He said,"I'm donating it to you then." He stormed out of my house and slammed the front door. He got caught and he knew it. I can't believe he was going to take my money and Yamaha's money for a free repair to me.
