After reading some of the reviews I think some people need to get their heads straight. I just did business with them Tony did a wonderful job on getting what I need and the rest of family where great very kind and extremely knowledgeable and courteous and I'll be doing business with them for a long time

Elber says "... they are races." really? ouch.



i am going to go out on a limb here and say (s)he may mean "racists".



that was not my experience. they were very helpful.



i would say that they are use to working with two types of people:

1. folks who know which end of the device is the business end, or

2. folks who know they don't.



they can smell a "know it all" who doesn't a mile away. my kind of folks.



so if you know what you want and don't want advice, give them a visit.



if you don't know what you want and want some advice, give them a visit.



then judge for yourself about the customer service. i am pretty sure you will not find them to be racists.



i have bought from them and will do so again.
